Positive environment for young people, good place to start and gaining office experience.
Cons
No vision for development, promises without coverage No internal trainings, no possibility to learn online (third-party solution - no money for upgrading your skills). All the arguments are equal zero for the poor management. I also hated micromanagement. Sadly, these days, most people are treated like slaves at work, not trusted, expected to do much more than what they’re capable of due to the load that is put upon them, and so managers have decided to micromanage. You know, get the sweat they’re paying for! Life is too short to give it to them, because managers are so filled with ego, their heads barely fit in the door.
