Pros
It's a party, all the time. Shout outs for doing a good job, summer parties, christmas parties, drinks with the team, drinks for selling enough... Its a fun-loving environment and from the outside looks pretty cool.
Cons
It seems to be run by a dictatorship. Reading previous reviews I can literally put names to them. You have to be 'one of them' or you will get kicked to the ground. Managers do as they please, as certain staff do, but if you're not 'one of them' and breath in the wrong direction you're made a fool of. After experiences with corporate bullying from this company and knowing that those that partake in those sorts of things are supported because of how they act around senior staff, I knew I needed to leave.... as nearly every sales person I became friends with during my time there. It's a cliquey, typical salesman environment with a handful of really decent people in the mix, but usually they're used until they break and then they're crushed. On the events side, you are also basically forced to treat exhibitors like children. After voicing an issue with sales staff, they sales staff go to management to be told it will 'definitely be sorted asap', to relay that to exhibitors...... then nothing happens, management deny it and you're told to talk them round or give some BS excuse as to why it's not been sorted... Which ultimately ends with unhappy exhibs who refuse to pay to attend again and unhappy sales people that are being used and abused from both ends. Lots of false promises in this company.
