The owner, coordinator, boss, etc., is compassionately involved, aware and concerned about her employees as much as she's concerned about the clients. MediTech is the classic epitome of what a small business is, and without hesitation, it should be appreciated! Sharon, the owner, is completely involved with the community and the betterment of any and every thing having to do with the community [which is a quality that should be respected]. Working at MediTech has been nothing but a pleasure. Good people, good atmosphere, good environment. Personal care should be performed with compassion, tenderness and know how.... the qualities that MediTech employees possess. Great job, Sharon.... you deserve recognition and an award!!!

Able to network with other clinics and staff Was flexible with personal life events Able to get paid for position temping Was able to stay at a place longer than a year.

Management and staff can be sometimes rude Time sheets would get lost They refuse to give benefits It is a temporary position
