Cons
Unrealistic expectations Quality over quantity. Welp, not anymore. Quantity, quantity, quantity. And if you aren't hitting those numbers you will be put on a disciplinary MAP. Which is basically directions out of the building for when you get fired 2 weeks later. Client specific training. IT'S A MYTH!! You hear about it being a thing, but it's as real as unicorns. Actually, I believe in unicorns more than training at this point. Since it doesn't exist you will suck at your job and be overly stressed. Your supervisors and quality reps will also not know anything, so really no point asking. BUT! Just know sups and quality will also be in charges of those maps. They also have quality "guidelines" that are inconsistent per each quality rep, client, and anything really(because some quality reps don't know anything and will just make stuff up sometimes 😉) Management. Leadership? More like leading this ship directly to the iceberg. They know about as much as (actually probably less than) anyone else in a leadership position. Nevertheless, they like to act high and mighty. And be sure to bow if you see them walk by, beacuse if you don't smile and interact with them you don't have the "MediRevv mindset" of "I'm a souless robot who is programed to meet outlandish standards and have it not affect my mental stability at all. And I will smile no matter what because I'm happy all the time." Promotions. "You can't sit with us!!" If you aren't liked by the right people...forget about it. And don't think if you are able to reach impossible goals that you'll have that going for you.
