      You get to learn the basics of claim processing.

      Cons

      1. Salary is very poor. 2. Management does not care about career growth of employees, all the HR learning sessions are just namesake, team politics is horrible. 3. After a certain point the management puts you into a place such that you would have to resign. 4. The management and the team are biased towards a particular cultural group. 5. Appraisal cycles are not defined.
