I worked for Medha for about four years, performing well and receiving appreciation from the founders. However, during my tenure, I encountered significant issues with the head of operations, who exhibited biased and unprofessional behavior. She seemed frustrated due to personal problems and targeted me without reason, often verbally abusing me in team meetings. This behavior eventually led my juniors to also mistreat me. While the co-founders are commendable, they lack the time to oversee day-to-day operations closely. The head of operations falsely accused me of various baseless allegations. Unfortunately, she succeeded in her intentions and convinced the management to dismiss me from the organization. It is disheartening to see individuals bring their personal frustrations into the professional sphere and take it out on their subordinates. The management should better protect and value employees who have significantly contributed to the company's success, rather than allowing such toxic behavior to tarnish the organization's image.
