Stakeholder Management: Get the exposure to manage and coordinate between students, College faculty and employer.

Team Coordination: Got a team of people who are supportive and goal driven, we coordinate, teach and learn from each others efforts and experiences.
Relationship management: Managed the already existing relationships between stakeholders also created some new opportunities and relations within the location

Cons
Managing data: It gets frustrating to mange the data of stakeholders and may require repetitive actions which is some times exhausting.
Managing & tackling students: Tracking and manageing students data is quite challenging sometimes as sometimes students dont provide the right information or may be not able to communicate what thye actually want and need (though we have a Software to manage )
