      Pros

      Medarex Princeton has an extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. The employees are very passionate about what the company is trying to accomplish.

      Cons

      Bristol Myers' buyout has completely changed everything. Before the buyout this was the perfect place to work. Many of the employees are very upset about the buyout.
