In a small company environment, your coworkers are usually pretty friendly and easy to get along with.
Cons
They’ll bring you on because you’ve got the experience they need, but once you’re in, they really just want someone who says yes to everything. If you question anything or don’t go along with what the “queen of the bank” says, you’ll quickly find yourself on her bad side, and you might not have a job the next day.
