- Work-life balance including initiatives aimed at reducing burnout / stress like quarterly mental health day, remote option etc. - Perhaps competitive compensation & benefits.
Cons
There are so many but biggest one is: Since PE ownership, executive leadership is ever revolving with 4 CEOs already in 3 years trying to steer ship in multiple directions. - Multiple rounds of layoffs - Lack of transparency. Nobody knows what is going on everything is hush hush
