Lack communications— takes them days and weeks to get back to me. Lacks human touch — I still don’t know everyone working with Medsys. No introductions, no appreciations — nothing on birthdays, or holidays, no shout outs or high fives. They are super vague and dishonest at hiring. No PTO, no benefits, no 401k, no OT— unless you agree to a pay cut then you can get those perks.
