Pros
Benefits are nice, pay is decent, and work is consistent. Decent work/life balance.
Cons
Management is the worst. They're catty, vindictive, and unprofessional. Very few of them even have the respect to adhere to the company policies, including dress code. If you want to work for a company where upper management wears t-shirts, flip flops, and jeans that are far too tight, this is the place for you. You might think that this is being written by someone who doesn't work hard and feels entitled to more than they're owed, but you'd be wrong. You can work yourself to death for this company, and you will not get a raise, just an "employee appreciation" activity every other day. The novelty wears off with company events when you can't get access to the things you need to actually do your job. Management is hired by friends, and most of them are unqualified, unprofessional, and unkind ladies that can't problem solve without blaming lower-level employees. I've met people who are very happy with their jobs, but I would stay far, far away from the White Marsh office, unless you enjoy being treated like a child. Plus, there is NO room for advancement, so you better like whatever entry-level job you're stuck in, to begin with, because you'll be staring at those cubicle walls for a long, long time. The handling of the downtime experienced during the hack was some of the worst management I have ever seen. It doesn't fall to associates for the company to have backup plans.
