Good entry level management experience, awesome drivers/non exempt workers, fun to communicate and work with medical couriers, great entry into new industry, service provided to customers/clients is needed and respected

Lack of career growth opportunity offered, advancement requires moving to a new city/state, management team was not very welcoming or inclusive, uncompensated work on weekends, favoritism among management team due to senior managers friendship with junior supervisor led to a toxic envirnonment to work in, opinions and change opporunities not valued or welcome, high school type of culture among managers
