Pros
Gain experience in logistics and healthcare. Some descent co-workers to some degree. Learn how to survive the worst of working conditions only makes you stronger and wiser down the road.
Cons
Mistakes start from the top down from the COO to the Regional Manager. It’s from a lack of experience in the industry, leadership, and just knowledge of operations. I’ve never seen a place micro manage so much, culture so poor, and no leadership that trusts one another. This is not a lean operation, this is ran on skimping to the max resulting in poor quality. They pay employees horribly compared to others in the industry which causes turnover and low end employees. Run away trust me, especially younger college grads. They feed off of you not knowing better. The grass is greener elsewhere!
