Pros
This was an easy job. Pick up and deliver items for healthcare systems. I met good people and was be of service for those in need in my job. Supervisors are awesome.
Cons
Human resources is non existent. There is no direct number to actually speak with anyone. When you do get a call back they seem to make up policy as they go. Very inconsistent, and only interested in themselves. Pay is capped, 5% raise year 1 & 2, no raises thereafter, only cost of living. Little room for advancement.
