Pros
I can only speak for my location in Boise, ID, but the management team is very professional and polite. They are also fairly flexible with work hours and schedules. In addition the schedules are generally fixed and do not flip-flop like other places I've worked.
Cons
Low pay. They pay is $1-$2 less per hour than many other driver/courier services in my area, even when including quarterly bonuses. I took this position because I did not have any previous "driving" experience. Otherwise I may have looked elsewhere.
