Pros

Good co-workers Good hours (flex time) .... if you are in good standing or liked enough

Upper Management sets Unrealistic Quotas to the point that you will feel like they might as well chain your wrist to the cubicle. Seriously, you will feel like you cannot take a bathroom break because you will not meet quota! (Depending on the POD you are in) In order to meet quota, you will have to do poor work to meet the expectations set. Management says they care about quality, but they can barely say it with a straight face. Management also knows that everyone is burnt out due to the companies poor business model. This company is just fine with the constant revolving door instead of trying to retain good employees. Also be prepared for favoritism. Some people can do no wrong while doing everything wrong and others can do no right while fixing the mess that MedRisk is. I do feel bad for the Team Leads, who have no say in company matters, they are just the puppets for upper management. This helps to set a divide between the advocates and Team Leads, while the supervisors walk around and act like they are your friends. I don't even know how this company is still in business...

I like it here more or less it's not as bad as it used to be because the culture changed.

The location sucks for food.

Most support and middle management is nice to work with.

Cons

Nepotism at it's finest! Management is not to be trusted.
