Pros
The atmosphere here is very fun and exciting. Most everyone is extremely nice and helpful, with a few exceptions here and there. People care about the job and really take their work to heart. There is an excellent work-life-balance and the CEO's really care about your time. With that being said, there is still a lot left to be desired.
Cons
-Company is growing incredibly fast, while that is great, a lot of "core values" are being forgotten -Management really focuses on the sales side, not so much the operations side. If you are going into sales you are set up for success, if not, good luck. -All fun, no work. There needs to be a lot more emphasis on actually working, not constantly having fun and partying.
