Pros

There are certain people who have worked at this company or may still work there who are decent human beings. They are limited in influence and few/far between.

Cons

There is no possible way to capture every single thing that is wrong with MedCure. You may be reading through these anonymous reviews thinking "these people are just pissed, they were probably fired," but NO. This is seriously, without doubt, not being dramatic, the single WORST company I have ever worked for in any capacity at any point in my entire adult life. I will attempt to capture the core failures for anyone out there wondering "is this going to be worth the trouble?" because I can tell you, it is not. A) COMPANY CULTURE - there is truly no such thing at MedCure. The "company culture" can be best be described as: throwing your coworkers under the bus at any given opportunity, assigning blame for failures to "[this person] wasn't doing their job," setting unrealistic company goals without sufficient resources to deliver, using degrading language towards staff to imply they are stupid/lazy/untrustworthy, blatant disregard for legitimate claims to disability ("we can fire you - it's a right-to-work state!"), discouragement of professional development, organizational focus on POOR customer service and REDUCED quality assurance. Those who are not miserable at MedCure are the people who are most successful at walking on eggshells at all times. B) MANAGERIAL INCOMPETENCE - thrives at every single level. Managers and supervisors are incredibly under-qualified for the jobs they have been given and it is really obvious. They have no official management training. They cannot resolve conflicts between employees (they often create conflicts between employees). They cannot effectively delegate or communicate. They do not use their resources effectively. There is no focus on continued development of staff; mandatory training is viewed as an inconvenience. Safety training is practically nonexistent. The phrase "this is how we've always done it" is popular among the laughable assortment of unqualified managers and their incompetent supervisors. C) ETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES - are not a thing at MedCure. The owners regularly default on paying their suppliers and/or contractors. They make you sign an NDA that stops you from working for another company in the industry for 2 years after you leave. They hide legal conflicts the company may be facing at any given moment, but you will see the fallout when they don't get the outcome they [the owners] desire. There is no transparency in management whatsoever. It is 100% opaque. There are managers having sexual affairs with their inferiors and it's pretty common knowledge. Oh yea, the sales people are making lofty commissions off the sale of body parts (technically the "services of procurement, etc..." legal loophole) to for-profit medical device companies from DONATED human beings. Some people may take issue with that (and they try to keep it a secret). D) YOU ARE SET UP TO FAIL - and you will, one way or another. The thing is, that's just how they want to run their business. You will come in with enthusiasm to fix things you see that need to be fixed, but you will be ignored, discouraged, endlessly questioned, under-valued, over-worked with other priorities, and eventually stop caring. Then you will leave knowing this crap hole is still a crap hole and nothing you did changed that. You will also be led to believe that your failure is your fault because you have thin skin, or didn't work hard enough, or did something wrong at some point. The reality is, nobody is given the resources necessary to succeed in their job at this company. The training in every department is almost entirely based on "tribal knowledge" and updates to policies are not distributed "down the vine" in any effective way by management. There is no way to succeed, and your efforts will not be worthwhile. My best advice to anyone reading this is to avoid MedCure like it's a case of raging Ebola.

Pros

Medcure is by far the best company I’ve ever worked for. They truly value their employees and it shows in the benefits and culture they provide. One of the standout perks is the paid lunches three times a week — a thoughtful gesture that makes a big difference. They also offer paid PTO and holidays, which helps support a healthy work-life balance. Another huge plus for me is the ability to work from home. This flexibility allows me to be more productive while also maintaining balance in my personal life. What really sets Medcure apart, though, is their commitment to promoting from within. Growth here is not only encouraged but supported. It’s truly up to you how far you want to go — the opportunities are there. If you’re looking for a company that respects your time, invests in your development, and fosters a positive and flexible work environment, Medcure is it!

Cons

I wish we have more Paid sick time and more team bonding exercise. So all department can get to know each other.

Pros

None. Just don't do it if you value your dignity and mental health.

Cons

- No upward mobility, but you will be expected to take on managerial tasks anyway - bad behavior is rewarded - HR is completely inappropriate - you have to share a building with a department that hates you - nothing you ever do will be good enough. They always want more but won't increase their budget or accept new ideas or offer incentive.
