Pros
A small company that works together like family. Management truly cares about it's people. Management is very ethical. Great location, close to restaurants and yet not in the middle of downtown. Very flexible with time off for personal reasons. Very progressive and willing to try new things. A lot of different product lines ensure stability. The owner of the company is a great man to work for, and his influence is felt throughout the organization.
Cons
A lot of the projects that would be nice to do, are out of current budgeting capabilities. Insurance and benefits are a little high. No real HR department. No real IT resources.
