Pros

I enjoyed my position helping people who needed it. I enjoyed talking to my clients and hearing their stories.

Cons

I really disliked when we could not assist a client. I also didn't personally care for the cold calls, but understood that they were necessary.

Pros

Co workers were a joy.

Cons

Pay. Raises were always a few cents and late. Vacation time is not the same for everyone. I was denied additional Vacation time that I was told I would get after staying the appropriate amount of time. Bonuses were dangled and paid late if at all. No advancement opportunities.
