Working here has been such a genuinely good experience. It’s an innovative company that actually listens to people and tries new things, which makes the work feel exciting rather than repetitive. The leadership team is supportive and easy to talk to, and communication feels open and straightforward. There’s a real sense of purpose across the teams, and you can tell people care about what they’re doing. I’ve had loads of chances to grow, try new things, and build my skills, and the culture really encourages you to show up as yourself. I’m honestly just proud to work somewhere that’s thinking ahead and really values its people.

Things move pretty fast here, so it can take a minute to find your feet if you’re not used to a fast pace. Not really a ‘con’, but you do need to be comfortable with change — it’s part of the culture.
