narcissist owner, micro managing, unprofessionalism, crude language used towards employees, company lies to employees and withholds tips made by online orders, orders that are very much prepped and sent by employees but are withheld by owners, constant blame on employees from owners due to low sales when in reality no one comes in, as well as underpaying longterm employees and keeping them at their wages while new employees get paid more, and when this issue has been brought up they simply say it’s not in the budget despite your other coworkers all be being paid more than you. the worst part about it is an overall lack of direction keeps the company from growing, constantly changing ideas and going back and forth between concepts and ideas that go nowhere. it’s a shame, i’ve seen many hard working immigrants who are good friends of the owners and who are even of family relation being straight up exploited being paid very little working 13 hour days to reach ridiculous quotas
