Working from home, many opportunities for professional development, making a positive impact in education, good benefits, caring/non-toxic work environment, supportive co-workers, and amazing teamwork!

There aren't many companies who provide this type of service, therefore, there is a LOT to learn once hired (but don't worry, there is plenty of support). And yes, the hiring process is lengthy, but know that it is because management wants to be 100% sure they are building the strongest team they can, it is worth the wait!

Besides the amazing teamwork with the internal staff, the schools we work with make coming to work each day effortless. The company (and management) encourages a work/life balance, healthy habits, and appreciates diverse thought. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else!
