Pros

The office culture is okay.

Cons

Terrible upper management, care more about profit than the people working there, power tripping is common, blame culture, not allowed to talk to upper management or you are pulled into a room, installed CCTV to watch the office, making OOH team wear officewear when we are not front facing as a director did not approve, no sticking up for the employees, just whatever the clients and directors want, massive turnover of staff, targeting of staff who they find undesirable.
