Very friendly environment to work in. My colleagues are approachable and very knowledgeable. My Manager and Supervisors are all very supportive. I am provided with a work vehicle and fuel card. I am acknowledged for my hard work and dedication - A happy worker is a hard worker. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays is amazing! Annual Fun days provided by the company. Online training provided. Working with and giving back to the community. There are numerous discounts available for employees.
Cons
A guaranteed pay review would be nice. An option to work from home would be nice. A dress down day in the office would be nice. Parking can be a challenge sometimes when working in the office. Although there are some discounts available to staff, many are not appealing to myself.
