The members are exquisite and really great people to get to know and be around. Hourly pay plus you keep the tips you make. Parties and events you get hourly and tip share.
Cons
Lots of favoritism due to conflict of interest, assumptions, finger pointing, defamation of character, "he said-she said", talking to employees about other employees (including management) when faced with a situation, management tends to brush it off and look the other direction, and talking down to employees in front of other employees. Good place to work if you like to make money, but problem solving, outside perspective, and professionalism should be NO. 1 if you are management.
