Meadow Ridge was the most flexible employer you could ever ask for. They work with you and your schedule. I felt like management actually cared about me as a person. Much better work environment and working conditions than a grocery store like Caraluzzi's. Residents of Meadow Ridge and generally friendly when you serve them.

If it is snowing you are still expected to come to work or sleep over the night before.
