Pros

MeUndies hires hard workers and inspiring people. Everyone here works hard and works together. There is great transparency into each department. It's very clear what's expected of you. Company culture is designed to support the lifestyle of hard workers: work hard, play hard. I was on the software engineering team, and I truly worked with the best. My peers were incredibly smart, and they were always there to help. Had I taken full advantage of this opportunity, I feel that I could have taken my career to great levels here. My biggest takeaway here was the power of brand story. It shines through into every department. They make an incredible product, and the love and magic that comes from it is felt everywhere. I'm serious; I got fired from this place and I still wear and promote the brand to people I meet. There is a lot of positivity here, and the brand team deserves a medal for all the work they've done to create and spread it.

Cons

To be upfront, I was fired from MeUndies because I was underperforming and not showing up on time. I wrote a very angry review, which I took down not too long after. After taking some time to think about my time at MeUndies, I have some honest insights into this company which are not biased by their decision to let me go. For my priorities, this role was not a good fit for me, but that’s because I was focused on maintaining a 40-45 hour work week rather than striving to meet and exceed expectations. If this is how you think, this company is not the place for you either. People work hard to meet their goals and to excel at their work. If you're not a hard worker, then you probably embellished a little bit to get this role. Management will support you in getting to the next level, but if you lie on your resume or exaggerate in your job interview, you won't last long here. There were many poor fits and wrong hires who came and went while I was there. Don't expect to fly under the radar here. There is a very German style of management here. There is brutal honesty here. You will know what your superiors think of you. No one is above the law. But you'll only experience the wrath of it if you are severely underperforming.

Pros

* Catered lunches every day * WFH Fridays * Some really nice people

Cons

* Poor leadership that stems from the top, with the executive team patting themselves on the back while the teams under them are in chaos * Unclear priorities that change on a dime with the whims of upper management *Constant turnover of staff *Inflexible in office days and hours- but not for everyone * Weird feeling that you are being "watched" if you leave for lunch, or have friendships- they don't want people to acknowledge the mess the company is in * Definite feeling of cliques, where some people are favored and allowed flexibility and praise, and others they could care less when you leave *Tone deaf owner thinks this is a big happy family
