I'm glad people are finding the courage to speak up in the recent reviews. Look closely, most positive reviews were posted within weeks of each other. This is because people ops guilt tripped people into writing to attract more candidates. In fact, most of the positive reviews are written by the people ops or leadership teams.
There is a toxic group-think prevalent at MeUndies in which employees must drink the kool-aid or be pushed out. Leadership claims to support constructive feedback & challenging status quo -- it's all fake rhetoric. They will scheme your demise behind your back if you dare to challenge. And, they will not warn you. They are out for themselves, not you. Please beware.
I agree with another reviewer's comment regarding the facade of "family." It is not a family, it is a immature high school. Gossip is rampant. People are investing far more time & energy in politics than the customer. If you challenge fellow coworkers with logic, you will be lectured for not being a team player.
To thrive at MeUndies you must be a politician willing to make bad decisions sometimes if that's what management wants. You cannot be too passionate or care too much. You must disconnect from what your experience tells you is right, smile & execute robotically. You can't be in it for the customer.
