      I thoroughly enjoy working at McMaster-Carr. The employees are all wonderful people who work hard. This is a job where you work hard and are rewarded for working hard. Not many company like this anymore. Great benefits. Work from home. Part of a team.

      Strict expectations. In office training. Not much room for career growth.
