Pros
Your job is pretty standard.. it doesn't change drasticly so its easy to catch on They let you listen to earphones as you work helps time go by faster and keeps you focused on work. you are required to take two 15 minute breaks In some departments you can leave as early as 3:30pm Training is always usually accepted if requested.
Cons
With all the layoffs the job can get stressful at times they usually fire in bunches.. due to much stress, high blood pressure and what have you I can't tell you how many times paramedics were called to the building. Parking lot and street floods and you aren't allowed to leave until they choose to or take unplaid leave Consistant change in management Power goes out Paid parking Sick days and vacation days are added to the same bucket known as pto paid time off
