Total lack of training, extreme high turnover of employes within in the first 12-18 month period, sink or swim mentality. Lack of middle management to listen to or change the lack of training when vocalized to them. Corporate Credit Card is in your name so affects your credit rating if you have any delays in payment on expense reports. Cardinal Healthcare is a similar company and they have a formalized training program,I was expecting something the same when on-boarding. Meanness towards new employees who lack the knowledge to perform the job by experience employees. Long hours, high stress.
