This was a terrible position. With two college degrees, one in Business Administration, and the other in Communications, my starting wage was under $30K. Sadly, in a college town, some companies take advantage of the constant flow of young professionals beginning their careers. This is one of those companies. I could not escape the unrelenting sexual harassment from my boss. He was put on probation for 30 days, and then released back upon me to take his revenge, which he did. My life was miserable. After nearly 3 years, I finally left. The next morning, my alarm went off and the same feeling of dread came over me. Even without a plan for the future, I got up and danced in my bedroom when the realization soaked in that I never had to return to this place! Indescribable relief.
