longevity of staff. staff is really concerned about the customer experience and this carries over into the daily work flow. Field staff and office operate as one unit. There is much camaraderie between the corporate divisions. The senior staff really cares about everyone on their team and create a family environment

Need more parking in the main parking lot.

I worked for McCright for 13 years as an inspector. Overall, I enjoyed my job

Not raise in pay due to the position being production based. After 13 years of service I still earned the same pay as a new hire.
