Company culture is great. Work life balance is awesome. It is a people driven company and that shows in the amount of long term employees. Easily the best place I have worked.

Minor confusion and misguidance at the operational level in some areas.

My tenure here has been short thus far, but it took no time to realize that I'm in the right place. I feel that there's considerable opportunity for professional development and everyone has been pleasantly helpful and kind with getting me integrated into the fold and navigating training and daily tasks. Plus, being able to work remotely as needed is fantastic.

I haven't gotten any thus far. I suppose I miss physical labor to some degree, but my knees definitely dont!
