Pros
I've been looking for a company to call "home" for many years, and I'm so glad to say I finally found it. McCarthy is the most genuine place I have ever worked, and they really live by their core values. I love the people I work with, and the people I simply pass by in the hallway. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Major pros outside of culture - Benefits, Competitive Pay, ESOP!!, Job Enrichment, Robust Succession Planning, Learning and Development team is extraordinary, Diversity and Inclusion team GROWING and is amazing (#ConstructionInclusionWeek), and so much more.
Cons
No major ones to note. All "cons" I know of in my time are being worked on and improved. As a 100% employee owned company, McCarthy has an urgency to always better itself and the people who work here.
