      Pros

      Nice people, good travel, good hours.

      Cons

      They don't value their own people. They will always hire from the outside instead of promoting high performers internally. No opportunities to grow and get promoted as company has plateaued and there is no integrated HR strategy (despite all the money spent on HR consultants and staff). Low pay and bonuses.
