Pros
- open concept office in an old industrial building - downtown Toronto location with lots of restaurants close by - people were generally friendly and easy to work with - good benefits and generous DC pension plan - good reporting systems, i.e. you could pull data easily for reporting purposes
Cons
- achieving easy financial targets masked operational issues with business, e.g. poor collaboration between different groups, certain people being overworked, etc. - company values were non-existent, i.e. there were no guiding principles for how decisions should be made
