Pay SEEMS good, but paychecks will never reflect it Management doesn't care about you. At all. You are not viewed as a person. What is happening in your life is not important. Very impersonal. Attendance is literally the only thing they care about. You can show up and do nothing.. as long as you show up. Being gone too many days is the only way to get fired, meaning most workers do absolutely nothing. Possibly the most unmotivated, unqualified group of people I've ever seen. There is no accountability. None. The lack of communication is EMBARRASSING for a company this established. Imagine standing in one spot-a very dusty, smelly spot- surrounded by people you hate for 12 hours. I can't say I'd recommend it. There is a reason the turnover rate is above 60%...
