A very collaborative work environment where you are being led by one of the best senior management team with empathy and respect! Mbanq has been very flexible with scheduling, so we can find a true balance between home and work and generous in understanding day-to-day life obstacles that might pop up. There is a lot of super-smart people, industry experts and everyone wants to pitch in and help the company and each other to succeed- a very supportive environment.

Growing pains similar to other early startups, but nothing glaring. Would like to see more benefits.
