Very flexible on time off. Decent Pay.

Roles and responsibilities change a bit. Over hire for departments not needing that many personnel. They will request quotes until vendors are just fed up and won't quote anymore. Will adjust pricing for product based on rising costs but will not adjust pay for employees based on cost of living. You have to ask for a raise and do research for them to even consider it.
