      Pros

      Good pay, work-life balance and lunches. Great views from my office window, good drinks after lunch. Great music in the background. Amazing woman is working next door, so the atmosphere is brilliant

      Cons

      Men-women ratio, toilet is always busy, sometimes lack of motivation-based activities such as team rubbing or clubbing. During winter sometimes it's too cold.
