Pros

Great benefits and pay package (plus bonus incentives for billable time). There are great opportunities to pick up work across the entire firm footprint nationally if you're willing to learn something new as the firm is expanding. Some of the most knowledgeable attorneys I have ever worked with and the vast majority are super appreciative of your efforts.

Cons

TOO much technology (and constant retiring of others that had more robust features and were more user friendly). Sometimes there is entirely too much work on short deadlines; however, there's a good pool of varied experienced paralegals willing to pitch in (however, you have to monitor their work while performing your own).

Pros

Depending on your office location, the atmosphere might be ok.

Cons

Communication is nonexistent. Support staff do not matter. Admin will tell you to your face that you matter but there's zero proof of that. The only goal of the firm is to grow, grow, grow. They're obsessed with becoming "big law" and AmLaw status but refuse to invest and improve the infrastructure for day to day operations to make the firm function. HR is abysmal. Policies are gray. There is no consistency or accountability. Good employees get more work and bad employees are allowed to continue doing whatever they want. Tech is horrific. Programs and applications across the firm are inconsistent. Machines constantly break. Good luck getting help from the service desk. It's a good old boys club run by mediocre white men.
