1) Very old style company and still using very manual method for day to day work.
2) Using very old 10 years pc even manager level.
3) No future growth company. Most of staff in these company don’t have intention to learn.
4) New staff work less than 6 month due to no support from top management and no properly SOP.
5) Very strong office politic in HQ.
6) Use very dirty method to force staff resign in case the boss don’t like that staff.
