Pros

great benefits , lots of time off. Lots of room for promotion if you plan to stick in the ABA field

Cons

dead end if you have no desire to pursue ABA degrees, you will get burnt out easily.

Hi, and thanks for reviewing. We're glad you think the benefits are great. And we agree that there are many opportunities for promotion for staff interested in Applied Behavior Analysis, especially in our schools. For staff who are interested in staying at May and advancing their careers but who are not interested in a degree in ABA, there are other options in multiple program areas and within corporate teams. We encourage those employees to talk to their supervisors and to HR to see what opportunities might be available!

Pros

May Institute has been a great place to grow and enhance my career. I started in an entry-level position over a decade ago and have been promoted along the way to a direct-level position. They have fostered my educational and professional growth with highly-qualified supervisors and meaningful collaboration. They value employees well-being and satisfaction.

Cons

The work can be challenging, but the people are amazing!
