Pros

The students are the biggest reason I stayed so long

Cons

No recognition, if you go on FMLA they write you up, they treat pregnant woman like 2nd class citizens, flip flop all the time, and bad staff retention

Pros

May Institute has been a great place to grow and enhance my career. I started in an entry-level position over a decade ago and have been promoted along the way to a direct-level position. They have fostered my educational and professional growth with highly-qualified supervisors and meaningful collaboration. They value employees well-being and satisfaction.

Cons

The work can be challenging, but the people are amazing!
