Pros
- My coworkers were awesome - but the owners would yell at you or fire you if you talked to coworkers outside of work. Once they didn't work there anymore you were punished for talking to them.
- Now I'm significantly better at identifying a toxic work environment.
Cons
So much of your time is spent here that day in and day out the unethical business practices feel normal. Then you leave (or you're fired) and wake up to realize how screwed up and unhealthy they really were.
- To hold down a job here you will needed to compromise all of your morals - running payments that were not authorized, throw coworkers under the bus, lie to customers, etc.
- You as an employee are treated like absolute garbage. I could write a book of terrible things said to my face and behind my back by the owners.
- The owners are senile. One of them will tell you this - that she can't remember anything she told you to do hours before. Prepare to waste most of your time at work on meaningless projects.
- Unrealistic expectations, micromanaging ownership, no set schedule.
Really, screw this place. There isn't a single positive. My last week here was the worst experience of my life. A rating for 'Culture and Values'? HA! The core values and books on positivity are a joke.
