Worst company..environment..staff - Team Leader Maxx Solutions Employee Review

1) No proper training or support and they believe you to run along with their process from day one. 2) leadership is not clear about their goals, 3)No SOP is there which can be followed to achieve the target, 4) Work environment is not good , supervisor are manipulative and cunning in nature and don’t want anybody near to his position as he’s is in fear that nobody can take over him ; be careful specially from him. 5) Work is interesting however it is the environment that can make you go further.
