Maxx works with a slate of well known brands like Kellogg's, Coke, and KFC. The sales and marketing teams tend to be fairly small allowing account people to learn many aspects of BTL advertising, licensing, and also manufacturing of the custom premiums the company produces. Our creative work is constantly praised by clients and the brainstorming process it one of the best parts of the job. It's amazing training and preparation for a variety of future careers.
Most offices are combined with other WPP companies. Many of the other agencies are clients as well. The benefits are provided by Ogilvy and quite good.
It's a global company and there are opportunities to travel to meet with client in other regions. We also attend many trade shows like the Licensing Expo, Toy Fair, CES, and others.
